Biriyani house
A world-renowned Indian dish, Biryani takes time and practice to make but is worth every bit of the effort. Basmati rice flavored with exotic spices like saffron is layered with lamb, chicken, shrimp or vegetables cooked in thick gravy. The vessel is then covered, the lid sealed on with dough and the biriyani is cooked on a low flame. This is definitely a special occasion dish.
